Predict peak and residual shear strength
Get large scale predictions of peak and residual shear strength for reliable rock stability analyses. Not only can we make predictions based off a daylighting trace, but we can also deterministically predict the shear strengths using a 3D scan of a real surface.
Bypass scale-effects
Most shear strength models do not adequately capture the scale-effect on roughness and discontinuity shear strength. StADSS bypasses scale effects by characterising roughness at full-scale and not using scale dependent roughness descriptor.
Variability and sensitivity analysis
Our modelling approach incorporates variability of material strength parameters into analysis and has been optimised for sensitivity analyses, to add value to your project.
